As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in Network's procurement journey. Based in Al Barsha, you will assist and manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring best practices and adherence to Group policies. Your responsibilities will span multiple categories, supporting managers and independently delivering projects, with a focus on category management and measurable savings. Responsibilities • Assist and manage strategic and operational procurement activities for Network UAE and its subsidiaries. • Support Procurement Manager and Category Managers on sourcing initiatives. • Independently own and deliver projects from initiation to completion. • Ensure compliance with Group procurement policies and best practices. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms. • Monitor and report on procurement performance and key metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably in a corporate environment. • Proven track record of delivering measurable savings and successful project management. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships. • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba) is preferred. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving procurement landscape.
