If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits. • At least 2 years experience in the same role, preferably in a luxury hotel background with at least 300 staffs • Excellent eye for details in dealing with transactions • Has well demonstrated patience and accommodating personality with overall Team Member inquiries, request and concerns • Reliable and works with integrity • Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in HRIS system • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently • Collecting, calculating, and entering team members data in order to maintain and update payroll information • Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, sickness, accruals and reporting on this • Resolving payroll discrepancies • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures • To maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement. • Prepare safe count sheet daily and submit to Financial Controller. • Maintain adequate supply of small change for cashiers and service guest agents. • Arrange the conversion of foreign currencies received from Front Office. • Coordinate with Account Payable and Corporate Office regarding money transfer • To undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller. • To ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis. • At least 2 years experience in the same role, preferably in a luxury hotel background with at least 300 staffs • Excellent eye for details in dealing with transactions • Has well demonstrated patience and accommodating personality with overall Team Member inquiries, request and concerns • Reliable and works with integrity • Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in HRIS system Not the right fit? Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently; collect, calculate, and enter team member data to maintain payroll information; compile summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, sickness, accruals and reporting. Arrange currency conversions and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Corporate Office regarding money transfers. Ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis. Undertake other duties as directed by Financial Controller.
