About the Role • Join a multi-product SaaS company within the Data & AI/ML Engineering team. • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. • Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. • Own and prioritise the product backlog while coordinating with cross-functional teams. • Track project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and support planning activities. • Work on innovative AI/ML solutions, including personalisation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and GenAI. Requirements Requirements • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in data-driven or backend-focused environments. • Strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies. • Good understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ML concepts. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. • Nice to have: SQL, SaaS experience, or exposure to AI/ML, fraud detection, recommendation systems, or personalisation platforms.
