Job Summary We are hiring Quantity Surveyors with 3–5 years of mandatory experience in façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variation orders, progress billing, subcontractor coordination, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Requirements • 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Façade/Aluminum & Glazing projects (Mandatory). • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration. • Experience in progress billing, variation orders, and commercial reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Requirements Key Responsibilities • Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements. • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates. • Monitor material deliveries and installation progress. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Logistics, and Technical teams. • Prepare monthly progress claims and payment applications. • Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs). • Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders. • Prepare monthly cost reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports. • Maintain payment records, interim payment applications, and project documentation. • Track project progress, profitability, and commercial performance.
