Finance Assistant / Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant

Role Description This full-time remote role is suited for a Finance Assistant, Accounts Executive, or Junior Accountant who will support daily financial and accounting operations. Responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and assisting with reconciliations and basic financial reporting. The role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and ensuring that documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies. The successful candidate will also communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing or payment inquiries and help improve financial workflows and controls. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including familiarity with bookkeeping, ledgers, and basic financial reporting. • Candidates should possess solid Invoicing skills, including invoice preparation, processing, tracking, and reconciliation. • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making. • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Excel, cloud-based accounting tools) is highly beneficial. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting are required. • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage. • Previous experience in an entry-level accounting or finance role, internship, or similar position is beneficial but not mandatory.
