Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser – Appliances Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi Job Overview: The Retail Sales Merchandiser – Appliances is responsible for driving sales and ensuring effective product merchandising across assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on maximizing product visibility, maintaining proper product displays, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support within the retail environment. The position requires close coordination with retail partners and internal teams to ensure product availability, effective promotions, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution objectives, and product volume targets across allocated retail outlets. • Ensure appliances are properly displayed, available, and positioned effectively to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities. • Maintain the right product assortment and model mix within assigned stores. • Provide product information and support to customers and retail staff to influence purchase decisions. • Implement in-store promotional activities and merchandising initiatives to drive sales performance. • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize lost sales opportunities. • Promote slow-moving products through effective product positioning and sales efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff. • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams. • Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences. • Prepare sales and market reports to support business decisions and improve sales performance. • Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and retail guidelines. • Suggest ideas and initiatives to improve sales performance, customer experience, and market share. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 1–2 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, Office Automation, or a related industry. • Experience working in retail outlets or modern trade environments is preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. • Good understanding of merchandising and retail sales practices. • Spoken Arabic is an added advantage.
