Business Development Manager – Data Centres Dubai / UAE We’re supporting an international engineering business looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help grow its presence within the global data centre cooling market. The position will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, opening new accounts and coordinating complex opportunities across multiple international regions. The role will involve: • Identifying and developing new data centre customers and project opportunities • Building relationships with operators, developers, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders • Managing a strong pipeline of regional and international opportunities • Coordinating account activity across sales, engineering and channel teams • Developing technical and commercial proposals around customer requirements • Delivering value-led presentations to technical and executive stakeholders • Supporting customer specifications and influencing project designs • Providing insight into market trends, customer priorities and competitor activity • Representing the business at industry events, technical sessions and customer meetings We’re looking for someone with: • Strong business development or strategic account management experience within an international engineering environment • Knowledge of data centre cooling, HVAC, thermal management or mission-critical infrastructure • Experience developing complex, project-led opportunities • The ability to work effectively across international and multicultural teams • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and presentation skills • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority • An engineering degree or comparable technical background • Fluent English communication skills The position is based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE and will involve frequent international travel.
