Senior Business Developer – KWALY AGENCY At KWALY AGENCY, we're looking for a senior Business Developer with an active network and an established book of contacts, ready to drive new client acquisition from day one. You'll activate your existing contacts, identify new opportunities, present our offers, and close deals quickly. You'll manage your own pipeline and work with our marketing and operations teams to tailor proposals to each prospect's needs. Compensation: 6,000 AED fixed/month + 10% commission on each signed deal. Target: minimum 100,000 AED in monthly revenue generated. Trial period: 1 month. Format: fully remote, full autonomy over schedule and work organization. What we're looking for • Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience • Active network of decision-makers/potential clients in the sector, ready to be activated immediately • Demonstrable track record of closed deals and revenue generated • Full sales cycle expertise: prospecting, negotiation, closing • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting • Self-driven, organized, results-oriented • Professional French, good level of English • Agency or digital environment experience strongly preferred Show more Show less
