Executive Chef

About this role The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the overall culinary direction of the brand, including menu development, kitchen operations, food quality, team leadership, costing, and consistency. The role requires a creative and operationally strong chef who can develop premium breakfast, café, and all-day dining menus while ensuring smooth daily execution, strong hygiene standards, efficient kitchen systems, and a high-quality guest experience. Requirements Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior chef or executive chef role. Experience in premium cafés, bakeries, hotels, or high-end casual dining is preferred. Strong skills in menu development, kitchen leadership, food costing, inventory control, team training, supplier management, and UAE food safety compliance are required.
