Business Analyst / Project Manager

Strategy & Delivery Business Analyst / Project Manager Dubai (DXB) / Remote Full-time Mid – Senior About The Role Good ideas fail because of poor handoffs — vague requirements, missed timelines, or miscommunication between business and tech. You'll fix that. As our BA/PM, you'll take initiatives from a rough brief to a fully documented spec that engineers can act on immediately. Then you'll track delivery, surface blockers, and make sure what gets built matches what was asked for. You'll sit at the center of every significant project. What You'll Do • Talk to stakeholders, understand what they actually need, and document it clearly — not how they said it, but what they meant • Write BRDs, FRDs, and user stories precise enough that engineering has no ambiguity • Coordinate delivery across quant, infrastructure, and product teams — timelines, milestones, and blockers • Be the communication layer between leadership, engineers, and external partners • Maintain a live product backlog and run sprint planning and review cycles • Check delivered work against original requirements and sign off with stakeholders What We're Looking For • 3+ years as a BA or PM at a fintech or tech company • A portfolio of requirements documents — BRDs, FRDs, or user stories — you can speak to • Track record delivering cross-functional technical projects on time • Comfortable in agile or scrum environments • You can explain a complex technical problem to a non-technical stakeholder, and a vague business need to an engineer Nice to Have • Experience in trading, crypto, or capital markets • Worked on systems integration projects — APIs, data pipelines, or exchange connectivity • CBAP, PMP, or similar certification • Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, or Notion Business AnalysisRequirements DocumentationProject ManagementAgileFintech Show more Show less
