Job Description – Business Analyst (Wealth & Trading) Role Purpose The Business Analyst will support Wealth Management and Trading initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements across digital trading, investment, and wealth platforms. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth and trading platforms, including onboarding, investment journeys, portfolio features, and international/self‑trading flows (based on typical trading system interactions seen in internal project communications). • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analyses aligned with industry‑standard BA practices. • Work closely with product owners, QA, development teams, and external vendors to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the SDLC. • Support SIT/UAT activities, including reviewing test scenarios and validating that implemented features meet business expectations. • Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions across Wealth, Trading, Digital, and IT teams. • Contribute to platform improvements (e.g., trading integrations, domain configurations, enhancements) by providing business insights and readiness assessments. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Brokerage/Trading, investment products, and digital trading journeys. • Experience preparing BA deliverables: BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps, Traceability Matrices. • Strong understanding of core banking/investment flows such as onboarding, deposits, lending, statements, order placement, etc. • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Swagger, Postman. • Ability to work in Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Qualifications • 5+ years of BA experience, preferably within Wealth/Trading or Banking. • BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
