Civil Project Manager (Luxury Villa Projects)

TPosition Overview: BG Group Company is actively seeking a results-driven Civil Project Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of luxury villa construction projects. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality expected in the high-end residential sector. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all civil construction activities for luxury villa projects from mobilization to final handover. • Prepare and manage the Project Execution Plan, Program of Works (POW), and construction schedules aligned with contractual milestones. • Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, authority requirements, and contract documents. • Oversee structural, finishing, and external works, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail suitable for luxury villas. • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and variations. • Manage procurement strategies, approve material submittals, and ensure timely delivery of materials to site. • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues that may impact quality, schedule, or budget. • Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs). • Enforce HSE policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. • Coordinate all inspections with consultants and authorities and ensure timely approvals. • Prepare and manage variation orders, claims, and change management in coordination with commercial teams. • Maintain strong client relationships, attend progress meetings, and provide clear and accurate project updates. • Ensure achievement of payment milestones, certify progress, and support invoicing and collections. • Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen. • Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built records. • Oversee project handover, snagging, and defect liability period activities. • Ensure compliance with local authorities, codes, and regulations in Dubai / UAE. • Report regularly to Senior Management on project progress, risks, and performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with proven expertise in luxury villa projects. • Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and building regulations. • Extensive experience in structural works, high-end finishes, and external villa works. • Proven ability to manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. • Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and construction management tools. • UAE experience is mandatory; Dubai luxury residential experience is highly preferred. • Show more Show less
