Civil Project Engineer - Luxury Villa Projects (Arabic Speaker)

Position Overview: BG Group Company is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Civil Project Engineer with a proven track record in luxury villa construction. This position is responsible for leading engineering efforts across one or more villa projects, ensuring the highest standards of design execution and construction quality. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the engineering team on-site and off-site. • Ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority guidelines. • Coordinate across various disciplines including MEP, architectural, and structural. • Provide technical solutions and guide junior engineers. • Maintain control over project schedules, budgets, and resources. • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • 7–10 years of experience in the UAE with luxury residential projects. • Advanced project coordination and site management skills. • Familiar with authority approvals, project planning, and QA/QC practices. • Leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.
