Role & Responsibilities • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently in a high-volume trading environment. • Balance daily cash drawers, reconcile end-of-day reports, and report discrepancies immediately to management. • Issue receipts, manage customer invoices, and maintain accurate records in compliance with UAE financial regulations. • Support warehouse and logistics teams by verifying shipment documentation against payment confirmations. • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payment queries and ensuring smooth transaction experiences. • Adhere strictly to internal controls, audit protocols, and cash-handling security policies.
