Role Summary: The Senior Visual Designer leads the hands-on creation of high-quality visual content across GMG's brand portfolio (Nike, Under Armour, Sun & Sand Sports, JD, Columbia, EDG, healthcare and newly onboarded brands). As a senior individual contributor in the Growth - Digital Design team, the role delivers campaign key visuals, PDP and lifestyle imagery, paid media and in-store creative, and applies up-to-date AI industry-standard workflows to raise both the quality and the volume of creative output while safeguarding brand consistency. Key Success rivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end creative delivery for digital campaigns: key visuals, PDP images with USP call-outs, lifestyle imagery, social, paid media and offline/in-store (POSM) materials. - Lead adoption of AI-assisted workflows (generative imagery, retouching, localization, resizing, automation), staying ahead of industry standards and driving their integration into daily production to boost speed and volume. - Safeguard brand consistency across all output; take a lead role in refreshing brand guidelines and shaping the visual onboarding process for new brands. - Produce motion/video assets for paid channels and support increased video output targets (motion experience is a plus). - Manage delivery within the creative intake and volume process, ensuring SLAs and production targets are consistently met and helping refine workflow efficiency. - Build and maintain organized, template-based, DAM-ready files, and contribute to reusable design systems and SOPs that raise consistency and speed across the wider design team. Functional/ Technical Competencies: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Up-to-date, hands-on command of AI design tools to industry standard (generative imagery, AI retouching, localization and prompt-based workflows). Strong typography, layout, art direction and retouching craft. PDP / e-commerce and campaign asset production. Motion design (After Effects, basic video editing) is a plus. Familiarity with sports / athleisure retail visual culture is a plus. Strong file hygiene, templating and DAM-ready asset preparation. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supported by a strong portfolio. Experience: 7+ years of visual design experience (agency, in-house studio or retail/e-commerce), with a portfolio spanning campaign, PDP/e-commerce and social/paid media work, incl. hands-on AI-assisted production. Sports/athleisure background and motion experience are strong pluses. Certifications: Portfolio required.
