Job Summary: Working with the Head of Business Development, the Projects Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and executing the projects sales plan within the assigned territory, guiding the Projects Sales team to achieve the sales targets and grow the revenue of the organization Job Responsibilities: • Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts , and adding the new account , within the assigned territory by identifying and assessing the potential projects and trading market, defining the sales strategy and targets for the assigned territory together with the Head of Business Development, updating it based on market changes on a quarterly basis, meeting prospects and carrying out product demos, understanding the technical specifications and obtaining the input from the technical team for quotations, preparing and negotiating commercially viable quotations together with the Head of Business Development, finalizing and obtaining orders and ensuring the successful implementation of the other approved actions to maximize sales, thus achieving or exceeding aggressive sales objectives. • Establish and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, builders and promoters to get company’s product specified. • Work closely with the sales coordination team, Production and Dispatch departments to ensure the timely delivery of products to the customers. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Follow up with the customer for any unpaid invoices. • Follow up outstanding /pending payments to ensure full collection on the sales and also coordinate with finance Department for LCs or any other financial documents which are required to facilitate the smooth sales proceedings. • Attend the customer complaints and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Follow up with the customer for any unpaid invoices • Take accountability for the set sales target of the company as per the sales plan and volume projection. • Keep track of pricing and maintain accurate and updated pricing database.
