Sales Manager

Kaya Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. Key Responsibilities • Lead the clinic’s sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets. • Coach and motivate the front-office and sales teams. • Monitor leads, consultations, conversions and follow-up activities. • Develop strategies to improve patient acquisition and retention. • Ensure an excellent client experience throughout the customer journey. • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates. • Collaborate with clinic management, doctors and marketing teams. • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Candidate Profile • Previous sales leadership experience, preferably within an aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare or premium service environment. • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. • Target-oriented with a proven ability to improve sales performance. • Strong understanding of customer relationship management. • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
