Job title: Project Manager — Digital Twin / Smart Building Program Company: InfoLabs Global Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site) Employment type: Contract / Project-Based engagement Eligibility: Candidates must already be residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa About the role We are building an Unreal Engine based Digital Twin of a flagship HQ facility, connecting live building systems into a single 3D command centre. We are looking for a Project Manager who can hold the whole program together — schedule, scope, vendors, and a demanding enterprise client. What you'll do • Own the end-to-end delivery plan: WBS, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and resource loading across a 15-person multi-disciplinary team • Run governance — steering committee packs, weekly status reporting, RAID logs, change control, and escalation • Act as the primary interface for the client, facilities team, and third-party system vendors (BMS, CCTV, ACS, Parking) • Coordinate site access, commissioning windows, and UAT scheduling with facility operations • Track budget, effort burn, and vendor deliverables against contract milestones • Drive risk management for integration dependencies, which are the usual source of slippage on twin projects What you'll bring • 8+ years managing technology delivery projects, including 3+ years on systems-integration or smart-building/IoT programs • Proven track record delivering to enterprise or government clients with formal governance requirements • Strong command of MS Project / Primavera / Jira and structured reporting • Ability to hold technical conversations with architects, developers, and controls engineers without needing translation • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred Nice to have • Prior exposure to Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, or command-and-control room deployments • Understanding of building systems protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA) at a conceptual level Location & engagement • Based in Dubai, UAE — on-site at InfoLabs Global and at the client facility as the project requires • Project-based engagement for the duration of the Digital Twin program, with extension subject to project pipeline • Applicants must currently be in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
