D2C Platform Project Manager

We're Hiring: D2C Platform Project Manager | Dubai, UAE Are you passionate about delivering innovative eCommerce solutions and driving digital transformation? We are looking for an experienced D2C Platform Project Manager to lead strategic eCommerce initiatives, platform enhancements, and regional digital projects across the MENA region. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of D2C eCommerce platform projects, including new country launches and channel expansion. • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional business, product, and technical teams to deliver scalable platform solutions. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and streamline operational processes. • Drive platform enhancements, feature rollouts, and continuous optimization to improve customer experience. • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation while ensuring timely delivery. • Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and regional knowledge repositories. • Analyze eCommerce trends and recommend improvements to support business growth. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience managing D2C or eCommerce platform projects. • Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations, omnichannel retail, and digital commerce strategies. • Proven experience delivering website implementations, platform enhancements, and feature rollouts. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional development teams. Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce (Hybris), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magento (Adobe Commerce), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms. • Good understanding of ERP, WMS, CMS, CRM, payment gateways, and analytics platforms. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of business analysis, QA, solution architecture, and software delivery lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Korean, French, or Turkish are an advantage). 📩 Interested candidates?
