Job Title: Project Manager - RFID / Fixed Asset Verification Programme • Onsite across Sharjah and Dubai • 6 Months - Extendable Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale RFID and fixed asset verification programme across multiple locations. The role will focus on improving asset visibility, traceability, governance and data accuracy by establishing RFID as the standard identification method for approved assets. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end project delivery, including physical verification, asset tagging, reconciliation, reporting and stakeholder coordination. This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong PMO discipline, multi-site coordination experience and the ability to manage large volumes of operational and asset data. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a structured, hands-on Project Manager who can operate across the field, data and senior stakeholder environment. They should be comfortable managing teams on the ground while also producing clear project governance, reporting and executive updates. They do not need to come from one specific industry, but they should have delivered complex projects across multiple physical locations where accuracy, coordination, data quality and governance are critical. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of a large-scale RFID and fixed asset verification programme. • Manage physical verification and reconciliation of selected fixed assets across multiple sites. • Coordinate field teams, site visits, asset tagging, scanning and data collection activities. • Establish detailed project plans, schedules, governance structures, dashboards and reporting. • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Maintenance, IT and external vendors. • Standardise asset management processes across multiple business functions. • Support integration with enterprise systems to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy. • Manage large asset data inflows/outflows, exceptions, reconciliations and reporting outputs. • Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and stakeholder actions. • Support audit readiness, asset lifecycle tracking, maintenance activities and management reporting. • Ensure the solution is scalable for future assets, locations, markets, refurbishments and technology enhancements. Required Experience • Strong project management experience across complex, multi-site programmes. • Proven experience managing physical verification, asset tagging, asset reconciliation or operational rollout projects. • Experience coordinating activity across multiple locations such as stores, branches, offices, warehouses, sites or facilities. • Strong PMO capability, including planning, governance, reporting, RAID management and stakeholder updates. • Experience using digital PMO tools to manage schedules, timelines and progress reporting. • Ability to manage large data sets, data collection processes and reconciliation activity. • Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT, Operations, Maintenance and third-party vendors. • Experience with fixed assets, asset management, asset lifecycle, audits or finance reconciliation is highly desirable. • Exposure to RFID, barcode scanning, handheld devices, asset tracking platforms or similar technologies would be advantageous.
