WhizzHR is hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to work with a leading Interior Design and Fitout firm in Dubai! Position: Sales Executive Location: Al Quoz , Dubai, UAE Industry: Interior Fitout / Furniture / Real Estate Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires proactive lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and coordination with the design and project teams. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out sectors. • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients. • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present services. • Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 3 years of sales/business development experience. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
