Description: • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support decision-making. • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. • Excellent Communication skills for facilitating meetings, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization, including process mapping and redesign. • Ability to define, manage, and validate Business Requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle. • Experience working as a senior or lead business analyst on IT or digital transformation projects, ideally within enterprise environments. • Familiarity with standard BA methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases, requirements management tools). Required experience: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Hands-on work experience on Agile - like User stories, etc. • Should be able to run the end-to-end journey of the project and handle end users and multiple stake holders. • Driving the customer requirements from scratch. • Must be proactive and understand the systems.
