About the role The Regional Sales Manager holds commercial ownership of the assigned Middle East markets, driving strategy, pipeline and results across municipal, industrial, Oil & Gas, offshore, desalination and wastewater applications. The role drives opportunities from identification through tender, negotiation and order, builds strong relationships with EPCs, end users and key industry stakeholders across the region, and serves as De Nora's regional point of contact for the major international EPCs, ensuring these cross-border relationships strengthen rather than duplicate local, in-market ownership. Main Tasks and Responsibilities 1. Regional Commercial Ownership — Middle East • Own the sales strategy, pipeline and commercial performance across the Middle East region, in coordination with local country owners. • Achieve the assigned order-intake, margin and KPI targets for the region. 2. International-EPC Relationship Leadership • Act as De Nora's regional focal point for the major international EPCs • Maintain framework relationships and prequalifications, and bridge these EPCs to the relevant country owners across the region. 3. Oil & Gas, Offshore & Industrial Solution Selling • Leverage Oil & Gas, offshore and Water Disinfection expertise to position electrochlorination and water treatment solutions with NOCs, operators and industrial clients. • Lead technically and commercially complex bids for critical offshore and industrial applications. 4. Opportunity Development & Pipeline Conversion • Drive opportunities from early identification through proposal, negotiation, award and handover. • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce. 5. Tender, Proposal & Contract Coordination • Coordinate with Proposals, Engineering, Operations, Legal and Finance to build competitive offers and manage commercial terms and risk. 6. Market Intelligence • Monitor market trends, competitors, customers and project activity across the Middle East, and identify portfolio-expansion opportunities. Experience • 5–10 years of experience in the Water Disinfection industry. • Strong network and market knowledge across the Middle East region. • Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, and project-based business. • Capable of building relationships with EPCs, end users, and key industry stakeholders. • Proven engagement with NOCs and major EPCs • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus Core Competencies • High commercial ownership and accountability; executive stakeholder engagement. • Excellent negotiation and complex-bid leadership. • Strong cross-functional coordination; • English fluent, Arabic an advantage.
