Role Description The Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and respond to general inquiries in a professional manner. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and confirming appointments, and supporting basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, assisting with meeting room bookings, and ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. The Receptionist will represent the organization’s image to visitors and clients by providing consistent, courteous, and efficient service.
