We are looking for a Data & AI Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai and support our work across data, business intelligence, automation, AI, and digital transformation projects. Role Description This is a junior cross-functional role at the intersection of business analysis, data, BI, automation, AI research, and solution support. As a Data & AI analyst, you will support the team across: • Business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering • Data collection, cleaning, structuring, and analysis • Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization • Data modeling, data pipelines, automation, and cloud-based workflows • AI tools research, benchmarking, and solution exploration • Proposal support, presentations, documentation, and system design • Internal product and solution development, including tools, templates, workshops, and reusable assets Qualifications • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Interest in data, AI, business intelligence, automation, and digital transformation • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Basic understanding of Power BI, SQL, Python, or data tools • Strong research, writing, and communication skills • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast • Ability to work on both business and technical tasks • Based in Dubai / UAE, or willing to work from Dubai Preferred academic backgrounds Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 🚀 This role is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real Data & AI projects, from business problems and data foundations to dashboards, automation, AI solutions, and governance. 👉 Apply through this LinkedIn job post or send your CV to [email protected] Show more Show less
