E-Commerce Data & BI Analyst

We are currently partnering with a growing international business in Dubai on the appointment of an E-Commerce Data & BI Analyst. This is not a role for someone who is content producing reports, maintaining dashboards and responding to requests. The individual will be embedded within the commercial decision-making process, helping senior stakeholders understand what is really driving performance, where opportunities are being missed, and which actions will generate the greatest impact. The role combines deep analytical work with genuine business influence. You will be expected to move beyond the numbers, challenge assumptions, identify patterns, and provide clear recommendations that shape strategy and day-to-day execution. Key areas of focus include: • Power BI dashboard development and ownership • SQL and hands-on data analysis • Funnel, cohort and customer segmentation analysis • Marketing and attribution measurement • Performance diagnostics and business insight generation • Data quality, measurement frameworks and KPI governance • Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations What makes this opportunity particularly interesting is the level of exposure and responsibility.
