Operations System Manager

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Define the vision, capture & analyze the business needs and ensure the solution aligns with the business objectives • Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of OneTrade • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating functional & technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery • Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project / program lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals • Managing global cross-functional teams • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making • Information systems support oversight for order to cash process of multiple business lines • Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and system functionality Show more Show less
