Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle within Boon Stay Vacation Homes Rental LLC. This role includes implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting managers with performance and personnel matters. The Human Resources Specialist will administer employee benefits, support payroll-related HR activities, and help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling employee queries, supporting engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives. • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliant and competitive employment practices. • Candidates should possess effective Personnel Management skills to handle employee relations, performance support, and conflict resolution. • Relevant experience in hospitality, real estate, or service-driven environments is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office are important. • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
