Salesforce AI Product Manager (Agentforce) Contract | 6–12 Months Initial | Onsite | Abu Dhabi Excellent Monthly Salary / Rate A leading orgnaisation based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Product Manager to lead the discovery, definition and delivery of an enterprise-scale Salesforce Agentforce programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI within a large, complex organisation, identifying high-value use cases and driving the implementation of Salesforce's latest AI capabilities. The initial engagement is expected to be 6–12 months, with strong potential for extension as additional AI initiatives are identified and delivered. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, Salesforce specialists and AI teams, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Agentforce, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value while remaining scalable, secure and aligned to enterprise governance. Key Responsibilities • Define and own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for Salesforce AI and Agentforce initiatives. • Lead discovery workshops to identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across the business. • Translate business problems into AI-enabled product capabilities and user journeys. • Work closely with Salesforce architects and engineering teams to deliver Agentforce solutions using Agile methodologies. • Define MVPs, product increments and success metrics for AI initiatives. • Prioritise features based on business value, technical complexity and customer impact. • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to gain alignment on product strategy and roadmap. • Ensure AI products meet governance, security, compliance and responsible AI standards. • Measure adoption, business outcomes and ROI, using data to continuously improve products. • Act as the primary product owner throughout the lifecycle from discovery through to production rollout. Required Experience • Proven experience working as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner within Salesforce environments. • Strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce AI / Agentforce solutions. Agentforce experience is essential. • Experience defining AI product strategy, roadmaps and backlogs. • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce AI capabilities. • Experience identifying automation opportunities and transforming business processes through AI. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product features and user stories. • Experience leading workshops with senior business stakeholders. • Strong Agile delivery experience working alongside engineering, architecture and UX teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes. Desirable Experience • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, AI Associate, Product-related or Consultant certifications). • Experience with Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud and Salesforce ecosystem products. • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI and enterprise AI adoption. • Experience within Energy, Utilities, Government or other large enterprise organisations. • Familiarity with AI metrics, adoption measurement and value realisation.
