As part of our growth, we are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Architect who will play a critical role in helping our sales teams deliver the best possible solutions to our clients. Job Overview: As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will act as a key technical advisor and solution designer for prospective clients. Your deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, combined with your ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, will enable you to craft and present tailored solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the sales team, you will participate in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to ensure that the proposed solutions align with client objectives and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design customized cybersecurity solutions. • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. • Provide technical guidance and leadership during the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions. • Create detailed technical proposals and design documents, highlighting how Rilian's solutions will meet customer requirements. • Lead the discovery process to identify technical and business challenges, providing expert advice on how our solutions can address those challenges. • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity technologies, tools, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative solutions. • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and post-sales) to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery. • Act as a subject matter expert on Rilian's cybersecurity offerings, supporting account teams in client engagements and RFP responses. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions architect role, ideally within the cybersecurity space. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, identity management, SIEM). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of designing and architecting successful security solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Preferred: • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH). • Experience working with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
