The Role The Receptionist will manage front desk operations while providing administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional reception experience. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor schedules. • Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries. • Maintain reception and waiting areas to a professional standard. • Provide administrative support to various departments. • Assist with document preparation and filing. • Coordinate office supplies and stationery requirements. • Support travel bookings and meeting arrangements when required. • Maintain visitor logs and access records. • Assist with general office administration. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. • 2+ years of reception or administrative experience. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • High attention to detail. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
