Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on driving sales of premium residential and commercial properties. In this role, the Sales Specialist will identify prospective clients, conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The position involves maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, responding to inquiries, and providing tailored guidance to support informed investment decisions. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market trends and company objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, updating CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and participating in training or meetings to stay current on the UAE real estate market. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. • Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close property transactions. • Background in Sales Management or team coordination, including tracking sales performance and supporting shared targets. • Experience in Training or mentoring peers on sales techniques, product knowledge, or market insights. • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and local regulations is highly desirable. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple client engagements. • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications. • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
