Business Development Manager – Pool & Landscape Projects | Dubai Verdant Landscapes designs and builds swimming pools and landscapes for villas, private estates, developers and hospitality clients across Dubai and the wider UAE. As we grow our project pipeline, we're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and build the strategic partnerships that fuel our growth. About the Role You'll own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from lead generation and tendering through to contract close and handover to our delivery team. This is a target-driven, relationship-led role suited to someone who understands Dubai's villa, real estate and hospitality landscape and can convert a strong network into signed projects. What You'll Do • Identify and pursue new business across villas, private estates, developers, hotels/resorts and commercial developments • Generate leads via networking, real estate developers, architects, interior designers and property management companies • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and tender submissions for pool construction, renovation and landscaping projects • Negotiate contracts and close deals against monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Build relationships with key stakeholders — villa owners, developers, facilities managers and hospitality groups • Track UAE real estate and construction trends across key communities (Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, etc.) • Develop referral relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors • Represent Verdant Landscapes at industry events and trade shows (e.g. The Big 5) • Respond to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring proposals comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA and RERA requirements • Coordinate with design and project management teams to ensure sales commitments align with delivery capability • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts to leadership What We're Looking For • 4+ years' business development/sales experience, ideally in pools, landscaping, construction, interiors or a related field • Proven track record of winning and closing project-based contracts • Established network among UAE developers, architects, designers and/or facilities management companies is a strong advantage • Strong negotiation, proposal-writing and presentation skills • Working knowledge of Dubai's villa communities, freehold areas and off-plan developments • UAE driving licence and UAE market experience required • Comfortable with CRM tools and quotation software What We Offer • Competitive base salary + commission on signed project value • UAE employment visa and medical insurance • Company car/petrol allowance for client and site visits • 30 days' annual leave + end-of-service gratuity per UAE labour law 📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-time, permanent Show more Show less
