Overview We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician holding a diploma to join our team in Al Kharj. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial and residential refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards. Location Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities • Install, start up, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and residential refrigeration systems, including air handling units, condensers, evaporators, control panels, and related components. • Diagnose issues using electrical, mechanical, and control system knowledge; perform repairs or replacements as needed. • Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and reliability; document findings and actions taken. • Read and interpret electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and technical manuals. • Conduct system performance tests (temperature, pressure, airflow) and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Liaise with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and maintenance plans; provide clear, timely reports and recommendations. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment; adhere to company safety policies and local regulations. Qualifications • Diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Practical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. • Strong knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, controls, and safety practices. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. • Proficient problem-solving and diagnostic skills; good manual dexterity and physical stamina. • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. • Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
