Fit-Out Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Fit-Out Site Engineer – Luxury Villas to join our team in the UAE. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of high-end residential villa projects, with a strong focus on premium interior fit-out works and major architectural finishes. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating on-site fit-out activities, ensuring that all works are executed in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with project managers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align workmanship quality, resources, logistics, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in luxury finishes, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience delivering bespoke villa fit-out projects to the highest standards. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out works, with strong exposure to luxury villas or high-end residential projects in Dubai • Hands-on experience working on high-quality architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, marble/stone works, ceilings, partitions, and façade elements. • Experience in coordinating MEP and architectural interfaces, identifying clashes, and supporting solutions prior to site execution. • Familiarity with project reporting tools and documentation standards in the construction industry. • Strong expertise in luxury fit-out execution, materials, and workmanship standards. • Solid working knowledge of MEP coordination within high-end fit-out projects. • Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and inspection processes. • Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs. • Familiarity with inspection requests (IRs), method statements, material submittals, and as-built documentation. • Proficient in AutoCAD; good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
