This is a senior leadership role for professionals who have managed luxury villas, palaces, five star hotels, premium residential developments, commercial offices, retail projects, and bespoke joinery works from concept to final handover .If you have successfully delivered projects valued between AED 50 Million and AED 500 Million, we would like to hear from you . Principal Accountabiliti • esProvide strategic leadership for the successful delivery of multiple luxury high end fit out and bespoke joinery projects, ensuring execution in line with approved budgets, project schedules, quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectation • s.Develop and implement comprehensive project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource allocation plans, procurement strategies, and master project schedules to achieve business and operational objective • s.Lead, direct, and inspire multidisciplinary project teams comprising Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and project support functions, fostering a high performance and results driven cultur • e.Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, successful project delivery, and exceptional client satisfactio • n.Monitor overall project performance through robust governance frameworks, evaluating schedule adherence, cost performance, productivity, quality, procurement status, resource utilization, and project risks while implementing timely corrective and preventive action • s.Provide commercial leadership by overseeing project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow management, variations, claims, contractual entitlements, and financial controls to maximize project profitability and safeguard the company's commercial interest • s.Direct procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the timely sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, and delivery of bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, long lead materials, and subcontractor services in accordance with project requirement • s.Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, statutory regulations, authority approvals, company policies, HSEQ standards, and applicable international quality management system • s.Champion a culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) excellence by driving compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practice implementation across all project activitie • s.Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, establish effective mitigation and recovery strategies, and ensure business continuity through structured risk management practice • s.Review and approve project schedules, engineering deliverables, shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, construction methodologies, and method statements in close coordination with design, engineering, and technical team • s.Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, site operations, and installation teams to optimize project execution and operational efficienc • y.Chair executive project review meetings, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate project health, and provide accurate progress reports, commercial updates, and strategic recommendations to executive managemen • t.Lead high level negotiations relating to contractual changes, variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), subcontractor performance, dispute resolution, and commercial settlements while protecting the organization's contractual and financial interest • s.Oversee project testing, commissioning, snag management, practical completion, client handover, project close out, and final account settlement to ensure successful project completion and client acceptanc • e.Develop, mentor, and coach Project Managers and leadership teams through structured performance management, succession planning, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development initiative • s.Support business growth by contributing to tender evaluations, technical reviews, value engineering initiatives, project planning, strategic bid development, and client presentation • s.Drive operational excellence by implementing lessons learned, standardizing best practices, enhancing project governance, improving delivery efficiency, and continuously elevating quality standards across in delivering prestigious projects including luxury villas, palaces, five-star hotels, premium residential developments, commercial offices, retail developments, and bespoke interior fit-out project • s.Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with individual project values ranging from AED 50 million to AED 500 millio • n.Extensive expertise in luxury interior construction methodologies, bespoke joinery manufacturing, architectural woodwork, and the integration of specialist finishes including natural stone, metalwork, glass, decorative finishes, and MEP service • s.Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standard s.Technical
