About the Role We are seeking a talented, design-driven Design Architect to join NAGA's growing studio and support the development of high-quality architectural concepts and design solutions across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your design skills, deepen your expertise in concept design and design development, and grow within a collaborative, multidisciplinary consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have solid design sensibility, strong presentation and visualization capabilities, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through design development. You will work alongside senior architects and project leads, developing your portfolio while making a tangible impact on high-profile architectural projects across the Gulf region. Key Responsibilities • Support the development of architectural concepts, design presentations, and comprehensive design packages across hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and commercial project types • Create and refine concept designs, mood boards, massing studies, space planning layouts, and presentation materials in response to design briefs • Translate design concepts into coordinated architectural solutions with careful attention to materiality, spatial quality, and design intent • Prepare detailed drawings, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and presentation packages for internal design reviews and client presentations • Coordinate with senior architects, project leads, and multidisciplinary teams (interior design, landscape, MEP, structure) to ensure seamless project delivery • Participate actively in design reviews, design charrettes, and client workshops, ensuring design intent is maintained and evolved appropriately • Research and compile precedent studies, material references, regulatory requirements, and project-specific design solutions • Support production of contract documents and design documentation to project schedules and quality standards • Contribute to a collaborative studio environment and uphold NAGA's standards for design quality and professional excellence Experience & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional qualification) • 4–7 years of relevant architectural design experience in a professional consultancy environment • Demonstrable expertise in concept design, design development, and architectural presentation • Proven project exposure within hospitality, residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale master planning • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, materiality, building systems, and project coordination • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and visualization abilities • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality; proactive and self-directed approach to work • GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt) experience is highly advantageous Technical Skills Essential: • Revit (BIM modeling and documentation) • AutoCAD (proficient 2D drafting) • SketchUp (conceptual modeling and visualization) • 3D MAX (conceptual modeling and visualization) • AI Knowledge ( for a quick pre-concept approaches ) • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Microsoft office Ideal Candidate Profile You are a creative, proactive, and intellectually curious architect with a strong eye for design and spatial quality.
