Design Architect

We are currently representing a highly regarded international architecture studios with a strong presence in Dubai, seeking a talented Design Architect with a passion for concept and creative design. This is an exciting opportunity to join a design-led practice known for delivering innovative and visually striking projects across the region and beyond. The Role Our client is looking for a Design Architect who thrives in the early stages of design—someone who can generate bold ideas and translate them into compelling architectural concepts. You will be working closely with senior designers and project teams to shape the vision of projects from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support concept design development from initial brief through to schematic stage • Create innovative and original design solutions aligned with client aspirations and project context • Produce high-quality sketches, 3D models, and presentation materials • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine design ideas • Contribute to client presentations and design workshops Candidate Profile • Degree qualified in Architecture (Master’s preferred) • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a design-focused architectural role • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design excellence and creative thinking • Proficiency in Rhino (essential) • Skilled in design visualisation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, Lumion, etc.) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Desirable Experience • Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East • Exposure to parametric design methodologies • Understanding of sustainable design principles If you are in Dubai or willing to relocate, with the right skill set, please APPLY NOW. redfish solutions* promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
