The ideal candidate will combine strong project execution with relationship management across stakeholders, ensuring timely outcomes, proactive risk handling, and disciplined financial control. Key Responsibilities: • Lead project/program planning and execution from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. • Manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external), maintaining clear communication and alignment. • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders; manage expectations and drive decision-making. • Develop, track, and maintain project/program plans, dependencies, and milestones. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; ensure issues are escalated and resolved effectively. • Own program/project reporting (status, metrics, progress against plan), including governance cadence. • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting; monitor spend vs plan and help manage variances. • Ensure compliance with internal processes and delivery frameworks. • Facilitate reviews, change management, and ongoing improvements to delivery performance. Skillset / Requirements: • Project Management: 10+ years delivering complex projects/programs; strong planning, execution, and governance skills. • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and multiple stakeholders; manage expectations confidently. • Risk Management: Experience with risk registers, mitigation planning, and proactive escalation. • Financial Management: Familiarity with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance management for projects/programs. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority. • Comfortable handling ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and driving execution.
