The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across both digital and print platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, brochures, websites, videos, presentations, electronic newsletters, invitations, and marketing materials. The role also involves developing brand-aligned graphics such as logos, advertisements, illustrations, and other creative assets that effectively engage target audiences and meet internal or external client needs Key Accountabilities: • Develop creative and innovative design concepts in line with business requirements, specified guidelines, and the Fund’s objectives. • Create designs for both print and digital media, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, illustrations, and other marketing materials. • Edit and enhance images and graphic designs using various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Ensure final designs are aligned with the Fund’s brand identity and meet established quality standards. • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. • Collaborate with organizational units to understand their needs and requirements. • Refine and revise designs based on feedback and input. • Manage multiple design projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design. • Deliver presentations to stakeholders and organizational units in support of business objectives. Qualifications • 2-4 years of graphic design experience with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, including branding, layout, typography, and color theory for digital and print media. • Experience in website design, interactive digital media, print production, and marketing content development. • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
