Digital, Motion & Video Content Specialist We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling through design, and the ability to create engaging content tailored for modern digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with previous agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple creative projects, and understands the demands of digital marketing and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities • Design engaging and visually impactful creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, email marketing, and other branding materials • Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual content for digital and social platforms • Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and branded content • Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visual communication • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communication channels • Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats • Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion techniques, and social media content styles • Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines Requirements • Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar creative role • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion graphics, and video editing work • Previous agency experience is highly preferred • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills Software Skills Must be proficient in: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Premiere Pro • Figma • Canva • Adobe Lightroom (photo color correction and enhancement) • CorelDRAW (printing and signage) • Procreate (iPad illustration) • Krita (free digital painting software) Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
