We are looking for a highly experienced candidate, preferably with a proven track record in the bakery industry, to drive the expansion of La Lorraine Bakery Group’s products across the GCC and broader Middle East market. This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and accelerating market penetration throughout the region. Job Description: • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in a manufacturing industry. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth. • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long-term agreements. • To lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors. • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. • Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely product availability. • Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection. • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer service and results. • Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients. • To ensure revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 12 years of sales experience (preferrable Hospitality, HORECA, Catering Channels) • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories. Skills & Competencies: • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Leadership and team development capabilities. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
