Hamara Home is a Dubai-based real estate developer built on craftsmanship, quality, and a deep understanding of how homes should feel. Guided by Inderjit Singh Pabla — with over 27 years in joinery and interior fit-out — we build homes that go beyond traditional design. What you'll be doing: • Client acquisition through networking, cold calling & lead follow-ups • Secure property listings and manage listings across major real estate portals • Conduct property viewings and represent clients throughout the buying or leasing journey • Negotiate offers, pricing, terms & closing agreements between all parties • Manage contracts, documentation & ensure compliance throughout transactions • Stay up to date with market trends, property values & local regulations What we're looking for: • Active RERA certification or relevant local real estate license • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation & closing skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) 🔔 Follow Hamara Home for more career opportunities and project updates.
