*** Must be based in the UAE *** Articulate English Speaker *** Corporate Finance Industry Background A dynamic and growing international group with operations across marketing, advertising, financial services, technology, and other regulated industries is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join its Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to play a key role in supporting corporate governance, commercial transactions, and legal matters across multiple business divisions. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, service contracts, and corporate legal documents. • Prepare and manage agreements with clients, suppliers, technology providers, marketing partners, consultants, and affiliated group companies. • Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. • Support corporate governance initiatives and legal projects across various group entities, including regulated financial services businesses. • Collaborate closely with senior management, compliance teams, and external legal counsel. • Assist with regulatory, AML/CFT, sanctions, and compliance-related documentation where required. • Review advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. • Identify legal risks and provide commercially focused, pragmatic solutions that support business objectives. Requirements • Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience. • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law. • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. • Previous experience within financial services, fintech, banking, investment firms, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. • Sound knowledge of UAE corporate law and financial regulatory frameworks is an advantage. • Familiarity with AML/CFT requirements and regulatory compliance is preferred. • Excellent English legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical abilities with a practical, business-oriented approach to legal advisory work.
