We Are Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Road Marking Job Overvie wWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in road marking projects to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, measurements, valuations, variations, claims, and commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle . Candidates must have relevant Quantity Surveying experience in UAE road marking projects and must currently be available in the UA E. Key Responsibilit ies• Prepare and verify measurements, quantities, and valuations for completed road marking wor ks.• Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requiremen ts.• Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and supporting commercial documentati on.• Manage variations, claims, change orders, and contractual corresponden ce.• Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and commercial performan ce.• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and final accoun ts.• Coordinate with project, estimation, procurement, finance, and operations tea ms.• Identify commercial risks and support cost-saving and value-engineering initiativ es.• Maintain accurate records of measurements, site instructions, variations, and project cos ts.• Support commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontracto rs.Requireme nts• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including substantial experience in road marking projec ts.• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE road marking projects is mandato ry.• Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation of road marking wor ks.• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, cost control, and final account preparati on.• Familiarity with UAE construction contract practices and commercial procedur es.• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documen ts.• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skil ls.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant Quantity Surveying softwa re.• Candidates must currently be available in the U AE.
