Senior Accountant – EPC & Construction Industry

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting and financial management experience within the EPC, Construction industry. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in EPC, Construction, or Contracting companies UAE experience is preferred; however, candidates with relevant international EPC/Construction experience are also encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting Experience in handling subcontractor payments, project cost control, and reconciliation processes Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting operations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements • Support audits, tax filings, and financial planning activities • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting What We Offer: Competitive Salary Package Company Benefits as per UAE Labour Law Career Growth Opportunities Professional and Dynamic Working Environment Show more Show less
