Arabic Graphic Designer - Urgent

About the Role: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating impactful visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has design fundamentals, motion graphics expertise, and experience working on government sector accounts within UAE or public sector communication campaigns with Arabic Fluency (reading, writing, speaking) required. Key Responsibilities: • Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms. • Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into compelling visual solutions. • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. • Collaborate with creative, content, strategy, and account management teams. • Adapt designs and animations for Arabic and bilingual (Arabic/English) audiences. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-powered creative tools. Requirements: • Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics. • Previous experience working with government entities, public sector organizations, or government-related campaigns within UAE is highly preferred. • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work. Technical Skills Must Have: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe After Effects (advanced proficiency) • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding • AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) • Basic video editing and post-production skills • Animation (expert) Personal Attributes • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
