Experienced Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute projects with strong expertise in woodworks production and a solid background in events, exhibitions, and kiosk fabrication. This role requires someone who can confidently manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, timeline, and client expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: • Handle and oversee assigned projects from planning to final delivery • Manage client coordination and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle • Develop project schedules and ensure smooth execution on-site and in production • Coordinate with production, fabrication, procurement, and installation teams • Monitor woodworks production quality, materials, and project specifications • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to approved standards • Identify risks, solve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in Project Management within Events, Exhibitions, Kiosks, Fit-Out, or Production industries ✔ Strong technical understanding of woodworks fabrication and production processes ✔ Experience managing exhibition stands, event structures, kiosks, and custom build projects ✔ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills ✔ Strong scheduling, planning, and execution capabilities ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Leadership skills with attention to detail and quality control ✔ Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and production workflows is an advantage What We’re Looking For: A results-driven professional who can bridge client expectations, creative execution, and production delivery while maintaining premium quality standards. 📩 How to Apply Interested applicants may send their CV to [email protected] Show more Show less
