MEP Construction Manager - Construction

A leading MEP construction company in the UAE having the vacancy for the position of MEP Construction manager to work in in one of the company projects in Dubai. The applicant shall have the following qualifications and experience: 1) Bachelor degree in the mechanical OR electrical engineering with attested certificate. 2) Minimum 10 years experience in the MEP construction industry and minimum 4 years experience as MEP construction manager in a large scale project. 3) Experience in project management and control and plan the project activities inline with the program of work. 4) Ability and experience in controlling the project team and organize / distribute the project tasks and assignments in successful and organized manner. 5) Experience and capability in organizing the works, plan for the daily activities, coordinate between all the MEP discipline, manage and execute the project within the assigned budget and time line. 6) capability of attending the meeting with the main contractor, consultant and client and to discuss all the project issue and to have a very good communication skills. 7) Experience and capability in achieving the project targets and budget with regards to the staff cost, materials and labors and assigning the targets to the team in accordance with the project target and budget. Lead and manage MEP construction activities on large-scale projects. Plan and control project activities in line with the program of work. Organize the project team and assign tasks, coordinating across all MEP disciplines. Plan daily activities, ensure coordination, and manage the project within allocated budget and timeline. Attend and participate in meetings with main contractor, consultant, and client to address project issues and maintain clear communication. Drive achievement of targets regarding staff cost, materials, and labor, and assign targets to the team in accordance with project targets and budget.
