Secondary Market Sales Manager Al Sayyad Real Estate is looking for an experienced Secondary Market Sales Manager to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE. Key Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a Dubai real estate brokerage, specializing in the Secondary Market. * Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, pricing, and market trends. * Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. * Strong expertise in listings, property valuations, negotiations, and closing secondary market transactions. * Ability to manage sales pipelines, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance. * Experience in training and mentoring real estate brokers. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Fluent in Arabic and English.
